GLORIFYING GOD
It is our privilege, joy, and calling to gather together for worship each Sunday morning and evening. We believe God himself calls us to worship, renewing with us his promise of grace in Jesus Christ. Our worship consists of the following elements:
God calls us to worship through his Word
We respond with:
(1) Singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs
(2) Confessing our sins privately and corporately
God promises his forgiveness in Jesus Christ to all who repent of their sin and trust in his finished work
We respond with:
(1) Singing
(2) Prayer
God announces his will for our lives in Jesus through the expository preaching of the Scriptures.
We respond with:
(1) Singing
(2) Prayer
God sends us out with his blessing and assurance that his power and presence are at work in our lives.
